A Doulton Lambeth 'Nelson' jug produced in 1905 to commemorate Lord Nelson's death at Trafalgar in 1805, together with two matching beakers, modelled with green glazed cameo portraits of Lord Nelson between moulded bands of scenes from the battle on a deep blue ground. The legend 'England Expects Every Man Will Do His Duty' in a moulded band above.
Impressed with the Royal Doulton mark for 1902-1922. (Lion and Crown above the circular cypher.)
