An outstanding card table from the last quarter of the 18th Century
Veneered predominantly in amboyna wood, the hinged top with a bold central back fan inlay in satinwood and centre to six segmented panels divided by line stringing and cross banded in faded rosewood, opening to reveal a baize playing surface and above a frieze with three panels of amboyna wood; raised on four square & tapering legs with spade feet. George III circa 1780.
